Track Your Order

Your tracking number is in the shipping confirmation email we sent when your order left the warehouse. Click the tracking link in that email to see where your package is.

Can't find your tracking number?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from PXLMart.
• If you created an account, log in and open your order to see its status.
• Still stuck? Email support@pxlmart.com with your order number and we'll send it to you.

Tracking not updating?

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show updates after it's issued. That's normal. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after shipping.

If your order hasn't arrived within 25 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
